I say loosing weight the easiest way and not easy way because it takes dicipline to shape your body.
Fixing your diet is 80 % of your problem.Without going into technical data try eating as natural as possible.Learn to make vegetables, beans, grains, fruit your best friend.Study nature.The biggest animal in the world is the elephant.They eat only plants.Look at parrots.They eat seeds.Some parrots have been known to outlive their owners.Millet seed and sunflower seeds may be parrot food but they are rich in nutrients such as protein and vit D which we need to have a good body.
When animals drink milk it is only from their mothers.A baby horse for example will drink milk from his mother and then stop when it can eat grass.Animals need enzymes to ingest the protein and sugars in milk.After the weening process has ended the body stops producing these enzymes.This means that the animal no longer can adequetely digest the milk.The same with us humans.Mothers milk has the highest fat to protein ratio.Does the brain consist of mostly fat or protein?This is because as a human being brain development is most important.Cows are not too worried about doing calculus.
Animal products put an acid load on the system.The body takes out calcium from the bones to neatralise this.Just look at the dairy countries of the world.Norway,Sweden,Denmark and Holland.See how they score with hip fractures and osteoperosis.Dairy products especially cheese have a high acid load on the body.
Try soya or rice milk.Mix in sesame seeds using a blendor.Flax seeds are rich in all the omega's 3,6 and 9.
When exercising try walking,weights and interval training.The body burns more fat this way.When you exercise at a high intensity the body uses muscle glycogen which is replaced after the first meal after exercising.Set the treadmil on an incline and walk briskly instead of running till you are out of breath.
Keep the exercises simple.Do high repetitions and drink plenty of water.
Do not eat late at night just before you sleep.Your body does not use much calories to sleep.Do not skip breakfast.It slows down the metabolism.
Try just these basic things and notice the difference within a month.I guarantee it.
